How Fiery Red Energy Interacts With Other Colour Energies:
- Fiery Red: A shared focus on problems produces powerful co-operation. This is especially so if you are able to share control and responsibility. Your Fiery Red energies may force a competition. Aggression and irritability might result from this, and could easily escalate. Allow each other to express views and do not interrupt!
- Sunshine Yellow: Your Fiery Red energy can help to meet the Sunshine Yellow need for pace and quick decisions. However a strong task focus can come across as an attempt to take control, and may leave your colleague feeling hemmed in. Allow them to talk about how they feel, and ask for their ideas and involvement.
- Earth Green: A person with Earth Green energy will respect your inner certainty. However your determination and pace could lead your Earth Green colleague to feel overwhelmed in a way that is experienced as intimidating and uncaring. Recognise that they may wish to put the person before the task, and allow time for consideration.
- Cool Blue: You both share a task focus and together you can achieve quality results. However your Fiery Red impatience may be a barrier to cooperation. Someone with Cool Blue energy will not accept irritability or emotional outbursts. Allow them time to think at their own pace, and be aware that you both may overlook the people factor.
