Clarity Coaching Ltd was founded by Sue Isaacson who passionately believes in providing the highest quality executive and personal coaching that impacts clients, transforms organisations and ensures clarity, focus and lasting results.
We have proven experience working with individuals, teams and organisations to clearly define what they want to achieve, how they are going to get there and importantly for leaders, how to take their people with them.
All Clarity coaches have trained with The Coaching Academy and have held executive posts with large organisations so we have a wealth of experience and understand the challenges facing executives.

Prior to founding Clarity Coaching, Sue held a Senior HR position for 5 years with The Walt Disney Company, providing strategic HR support to leaders in over 21 countries.
Her career in Human Resources includes 15 years in senior international roles in blue-chip and medium sized businesses, with a wide range of industry sector experience including consumer goods, manufacturing, leisure, Telecoms and professional services.
Her background has been in developing and coaching teams and individuals to achieve outstanding performance and she brings vast experience and skills in the area of people development.

JAN SPRINGTHORPE
Jan is an experienced Coach, Trainer and Facilitator with a long track record in managing people and performance in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
She understands organisations and the world of work, the issues that busy managers are faced with and the challenges involved in getting the best from people.
She has more than 25 years experience in progressively senior management roles, including strategic planning, leading large teams, designing new approaches to doing business, managing change and developing individuals.
Jan is a Master of Science in Public Sector Management, an accredited Performance Management Consultant and also holds a Diploma in Coaching.
For the past 10 years Jan has enjoyed what she describes as her 'true calling', providing one to one and team coaching, designing and delivering training events and facilitating workshops.
Jan's personal style is warm, friendly, positive and down to earth. She believes that the door to personal development is locked within the mind with the key on the inside!
Her mission is to help people turn the key, unlock the door and step through to exciting futures, new beginnings and amazing achievements, whether in the workplace or on a personal level.
